When you have made an error in your order, because of the expediency of our processing measures, you have a very small window to cancel your order. To do so please follow these steps: 

Contact us immediately on the contact details provided. When contacting us, please include your order reference number, your name and address and the products you wish to cancel.

Cancellation of your order shall not affect your or our rights and remedies that have accrued as at termination.

When you cancel your order before processing, you will receive a refund.



Given the handmade nature of our products we do not accept the return of our goods once delivery has occurred.

You may return damaged or defective products ensuring that you follow the following procedure:

Notify us immediately of the damaged or defective product. Provide us with visual proof of the damage or defect

Where we agree that the product is damaged or defective, we will authorize its return and a replacement product, or a refund will be provided.

You must not return any item unless we authorize its return. Failure to abide by these instructs will ensure your guarantee for a full refund is lost

You will bare costs associated with the return of the items in question 



Where a cancellation of the order has been successful, we will aim to refund you within 5 business days.

Where a return has been authorised, we will aim to refund you within 5 business days from receipt of the item by us


    You will be responsible for paying for the returned shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
